We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for the development of our Partner channel. You will work closely with the Channel Sales Manager to identify and contract with partners that align strategically with us in the HR space. You will be responsible for engaging with prospective Partners (Bookkeepers, HR Consultancies, Digital Transformation Companies), leading presentations and demos, and enabling our Partners to spread the word about Factorial HR. Success means you are convincing strategic partners of the value and synergy that working with Factorial brings to their business.

Spanish Native (English is a plus)
1+ years of SaaS sales and/or marketing and/or partnership experience
Effective communicator with partners, customers, and teammates
Social media savvy
Familiar with marketing automation systems, CRM systems, CMS systems, and other related web technologies
Fearless, adaptive attitude to try new processes and iterate to scale a partner sales engine
+1 year doing Business Development
