The RoleÂ
Â
We are looking for a Jr. Account Manager to act as the first point of contact with existing customers, answer their queries and increase client satisfaction.
Youâll work as part of our Account Management team and youâll be in charge of managing a specific portfolio of clients. One of your greatest challenges will be to create long-term relationships with your clients, understand their processes and problems, and detect possible improvements for our product. Youâll advise and train clients on how to use our solution and youâll be the main point of contact for them. Itâs imperative that youâll be able to provide them with a world-class experience!
What will I be doing? đ
- Build strong client relationships, through regular communication
- Understand and execute the plan determined from the sales process
- Provide post-sales support to retain customers
- Ensure prompt and accurate answers to client questions and concerns
- Report regularly on the status of accounts
- Suggest company products/services that maximize client satisfaction
- Promote new products/services to existing customers
- Work across various departments to communicate customer feedback
RequirementsÂ
- Based in Mexico City | office work
- You are analytical, organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- You enjoy and adapt easily to new technology tools
- C2 Native English
- You can easily hold business conversations and build rapport with customers
- Youâre familiar with the B2B SaaS environment
- Youâre a good communicator and have the ability to empathize with people
- Youâre proactive and you like brainstorm ways to improve process and structure
- University education, preferably business-related
- You have previous experience with a customer experience team
- Having experience dealing with US customers is a big plus!
- If you speak Spanish, thatâs a plus!
