About the Team
You will belong to the Talent team formed by 5 Talent Specialists in charge of different roles as Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance and Tech!
As a TA Specialist you will work closely with the sales team and you will help them to grow and hire the best people!
We're a people-first company and for us is more important to hire the right people to our organization, so you will evaluate hard and soft skills as well during the interview process.
About the role
You will be in charge of hiring Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, Sales Managers, Sales Trainers, etc...!
As part of your day by day you will:
You'll be working closely with the LATAM, US and Brazil Directors to understand their needs and priorities, also you will have to advise them during the process to make better decisions.
Assure the best Candidate Experience in all the stages of the recruitment process, including NPS surveys and other metrics to achieve it.
Increase the pipeline of candidates through two different ways:
Inbound Recruitment and Employer Branding to attract active candidates.
Sourcing the passive candidates and engaging them into our process from different channels as Linkedin, Twiter, Slack, events ...
Manage the whole hiring process: from the beginning of the funnel to the end, we don't differentiate between Sourcers and Recruiters!
Help the rest of the organisation with different projects as People Analytics, Recruitment Trainings, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion and much more!
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a can-do attitude rather than years of experience! Ideally with experience both in recruitment agency and product companies as Factorial.
English is our official language so it's needed to be fluent in it and also it's important to have experience working in international markets, we're a remote-friendly organisation and we hire people around the globe! Spanish is required and Portuguese a plus!
