You are going to be part of Training Content (Product Enablement), a young team that is within the Customer Experience department and is made up of more than 40 people of different nationalities.
The Enablement Team is in charge of developing and executing programs that provide product knowledge to employees across the company. We achieved this through the creation of e-learning content, knowledge base articles, training courses, and more. At its core, it’s about communication. The team articulates appropriate product information to the right people in the organization to improve employee productivity and to ensure cross-functional teams are in sync.
What will I be doing? 👀
Create and continuously deliver department-specific training programs
Collaborate closely with the Product Managers to contextualize ongoing product development and functionalities to develop relevant training materials
Leverage department-specific feedback to create and modify training material and internal tooling road map
Synthesize feedback from various departments with respect to training materials or otherwise
Good writing and communication skills
C2 Native French
Ability to translate German, Spanish, or English texts
Highly creative person
Strong passion for content creation
Self-motivated and proactive
Committed and organized
Flexible, fast learner (you should get easily familiar with software systems)
