We are looking for a Marketing Media Manager (French Market) to help us build the largest HR and business management media in the world. 📈

What will you be doing? 👀

The Role 📜

• Define and coordinate the media plan across all channels to boost Factorial’s brand presence (focus on Youtube)
• Drive massive growth in website traffic, lead acquisition and revenue.
• Work alongside the editorial team to ensure the content strategy is helping achieve awareness, acquisition and retention goals.
• Develop and implement SEO capability to include link-building, domain authority, content strategy and audit.
• Build and update the prospect universe including audiences/segments/personas to be targeted.
• Manage campaign ROIs and brand KPIs while overseeing the media budget and resource allocation.
• Management of the media team and external suppliers of the market: PR agency, link-building agency, copywriters etc.

Your Profile 🧐

• You are native French speaker & fluent in English
• Previous working experience as a media manager or similar role for at least 5 years
• Be data driven and awesome with KPIs to understand the ways in which content will help us drive our key metrics
• Previous working experience implementing long term cross-channel content strategies
• Experience in finding and working together with Influencers, Press and PR Agencies.
• Experience in the B2B environment (Saas industry would be a plus)
• Knowledge about SEO
• Other general knowledge in digital marketing: CRO, UX and Analytics
• Previous relevant growth experiences of Brand Awareness
