At Factorial we're looking for a INBOUND SALES TEAM LEAD (SDR) for the German Market to help us take the company to the next level. 📈
The Role
- Help in the recruitment and training process of SDRs responsible for inbound sales.
- Make your decisions based on the most important KPI’s and boost your team’s productivity
- Support your team in reaching their goals by delivering ongoing sales trainings and developing their skills
- Motivate your team and give feedback constantly!
- Collaborate with Sales Managers, AEs, Marketing & Partner Managers on unified Account Prospecting Strategy
- Help create a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, or 1+ year as a B2B sales manager
- German native/near native level and fluent in English.
- Experience in efficient hiring processes and talent retention
- Data oriented: Being able to rationally decide with data.
- Lead by example: Strong sales capabilities, leading by example, goal achiever
Nice to have
- Intermediate level of Spanish
- Knowledge of human resources processes and departments
- Previous experience using HubSpot or other similar tools
