What will you be doing? π
The Role π
- Administer and support the Hubspot platform (adding new users creating new fields, implementing changes in the process, building workflows , etc)
- Develop and maintain standardised operations reports and dashboards to monitor Sales Performance
- Build repeatable processes to empower the whole sales team
- Support day-to-day inquiries from the sales team providing prompt and efficient resolution to all their inquiries
- Provide guidelines and education to the sales team around hubspot policies
Your Profile π§
- You are fluent in English
- Experiencie with CRM tools (mandatory Hubspot knowledge)Β
- Experience in creating complex reports, dashboards and documenting processes
- Demonstrated excellence in digital presentations skill with ability to build relevant, strategic messaging.Β
- Business forecasting, pipeline development and management skills are required
- Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible & self-motivated

- Eager to take ownership of the company and share improvement points (we have a culture of change!

- Previous experience on a similar position is a plus
