At the end of the internship, if you demonstrate that you are responsible, proactive and you have a sales DNA, you will have the possibility to join our company and grow professionaly!
What will you be doing? 👀
The Role 📜
- Search and generate new leads and potential clients that are aligned with Factorial HR
- Manage communication with prospective B2B clients
- Use of Hubspot to introduce all the important information
Your Profile 🧐
- You can easily hold a business conversation in English
- Eager to learn, self-motivated, proactive and driven by achievement
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to different situations and able to communicate on different levels, a creative concept of sales
- You understand and take ownership of the importance of your role. You will not be just another employee, your efforts and ideas will have a direct impact on Factorial’s success
Bonus Points ✨
- have experience using CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Linkedin Sales Navegator etc.)
- have experience in Sales at a SaaS-based company
- have a solid understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns
- know how to implement an efficient qualification methodology through curiosity
