At Factorial we're looking for a Junior Training Content Specialist English speaker to help us take the company to the next level. 📈
We want to develop the extremely talented people in our team, scale the company culture and evangelize our views on how Human Resources can make a difference for organizations all over the world. 🌎
The Role
You are going to be part of the Training Content team, a young team that is within the Customer Experience team and is made up of more than 40 people of different nationalities.
The Training Content Team is in charge of developing and executing programs that provide product knowledge to customers and partners to better understand how to use the software. We achieved this through the creation of e-learning content, knowledge base articles, training courses, and more.
At its core, it’s about communication. The team articulates appropriate product information to the right people in the organization to improve employee productivity and to ensure cross-functional teams are in sync.
What will I be doing? 👀
- Create and continuously deliver Customer training programs in English.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Managers to contextualize ongoing product development and functionalities to develop relevant training materials
- Leverage department-specific feedback to create and modify training material and internal tooling roadmap
- Synthesize feedback from various customers with respect to training materials or otherwise
- Meetings with customers to know their training needs and feedback
- Start a new project from points A-Z.
Requirements
- Good writing and communication skills
- Passionate about creating content
- Experience in learning & development
- Fluent level of English
- Basic skills in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Basic skills in Figma it's a big plus!
- Previous experience in SaaS.
- Enjoy talking through videos for our customers
