At Factorial we're looking for a Technical Support Manager to help us take the company to the next level.
We want to develop the extremely talented people in our team, scale the company culture and evangelize our views on how Human Resources can make a difference for organizations all over the world.
The Role
What will I be doing?
- Creating and leading the team that develops and implements effective issue triaging and bug reproducing programs across the entire organization.
- Forming a tight partnership with Engineering, Product and Operations leaders to process, and reduce engineering bug fixing hours.
- Ensuring that all customer support escalations are timely handled and within KPI and that the technical operations workforce is adequately staffed across all time zones.
What is expected from me:
- You have 1-2 years of experience in leading technical operations or technical support team in a successful technology company
- You have experience in the technical operations / technical support department in a successful technology company
- You are problem-focused, data-driven and have extreme attention to detail
- Triaging technical tickets and bugs before they are sent to our engineering team.
- Developing new strategies and building internal processes that help make your support team's work easier.
