At Factorial we're looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to help us take the company to the next level.
We want to develop the extremely talented people in our team, scale the company culture and evangelize our views on how Human Resources can make a difference for organizations all over the world.
The team
The finance team is currently over 10 people strong and will grow to 15 by the end of Q2. The AR Manager will be reporting to the Corporate Finance Manager and will have 2 people reporting to her/him.
The Role
The AR Manager will be responsible for all operations related to clients. From invoicing to collections, at the same time we keep the ERP (Netsuite) up to date and we coordinate with the Customer Experience team to guarantee an optimal client relationship.
Requirements
- You have 3 years of experience on an AR team.
- You are fluent in English.
- You have experience with accounting.
- You have worked with clients from different countries.
- You live or plan to move to Barcelona.
- You can ensure a workflow works optimally.
- You have managed people before.
- You can work with huge volumes of new and existing customers.
- You have empathy and can understand the best way to interact with a client.
- You are an excellent team player.
- You can understand the company objectives and make quick decisions.
