At Factorial we're looking for a Treasury Manager to help us take the company to the next level.
We want to develop the extremely talented people in our team, scale the company culture and evangelize our views on how Human Resources can make a difference for organizations all over the world.
The team
The finance team is currently over 10 people strong and will grow to 15 by the end of Q2. The Treasury Manager will report directly to the Corporate Finance Manager.
The Role
The Treasury Manager will be responsible for all of the bank accounts and the collection methods with different countries. The TM will also produce regular treasury reporting and cash flow.
The TM will also be responsible for producing weekly payments and defining payment workflows.
The TM will assess financial risks, including FX fluctuations, and evaluate hedging.
Requirements
- You have 3 years of experience as a Treasury Manager.
- You understand how money markets work and how they can impact Factorial.
- You are fluent in English.
- You are an Excel master but also work well with other SaaS tools.
- You live or plan to move to Barcelona.
- You can work with huge volumes of bank accounts and subsidiaries.
- You are an excellent team player.
- You can understand the company objectives and make quick decisions
