We are looking for People Operations Intern to join our amazing People team. We are passionate about looking at problems in a fresh and innovative way, and for us every problem is just an opportunity for a great solution!
The Role 📜
- Onboardings management and coordination of the entry documentation process of the new hires!
- Support the Operation team in different areas; employment contracts, amendment letters, ad hoc salary and bonus letters, promotions, dismissal letters, maintaining personnel data, etc.
- Dealing with Social Security queries and registrations.
- Administrative role for; compliance, PRL, GPDR, FUNDAE, equity & diversity...
- Supporting managers and employees within all the legal matters inside the employee cycle, from entry to exit.
- Coordinating and ensuring the timely and correct transfer of data for payroll preparation and the contact person for payroll.
- Continuous optimization of processes, including the revision and updating of the human resources manual, forms, instructions, etc.
- Creation and maintenance of personnel statistics, key figures, HR master data, etc.
- Management of compensation, flexible remuneration and benefits, with employees and external companies.
Your Profile 🧐
- You're studying a degree in Labour Relations or Human Resources.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (we are an international company with many nationalities!)
- Your mindset is about facing new challenges with optimism, energy and motivation (You will be part of a fast-paced and very dynamic environment!)
- You have the ability to prioritise, anticipate opportunities and make decisions with a decisive mindset, always business and people oriented.
- Being able to interpret and understand the Collective Bargaining Agreements and the rights & duties of employees and employers.
