About the CX team

The Role 

We are looking for a Manager for Western Europe (FR-UK-DE) for the Account Management team, you will report directly to the Global Manager of the team and will work hand in hand with the other Area managers to execute an upselling, retention, satisfaction, and activation plan of our existing clients. We are looking for a person who wants to get involved and contribute innovative ideas that have an impact on the business.

What will I be doing? 

• Execution of upselling and retention plans
• Hiring to make the team grow
• Take care that the KPIs of your team are achieved
• Get the feedback of our customers into proposals for our product team
• Be constantly analyzing data in order to improve or change internal processes
• Take care of the team and keep people motivated

Requirements 

• 2+ years of experience in a management role
• Sales, upselling, or cross-selling experience
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Able to work in a constantly changing environment and dynamics
• Ability to work in an international team set up
• Able to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities

Main preferred qualifications

• Able to create a strategy and execute upselling plans
• Achieve business impact with customer feedback
• Have belonged to an Account Management or CX team
• Share most effective methods and practices with colleagues to satisfy consumer needs and provide input/feedback to continuously improve daily processes.
