At Factorial HR we're looking for a Inside SDR for the US Market to help us take our Sales team to the next level. Together, we will evangelize our views on how Human Resources can make a difference for organizations all over the world. π

The Role
- Prospecting, Strategizing, Qualifying and producing quality leads with the Account Executives;
- Prospects into target accounts via high volume cold-calling (60-80 calls/day), networking, email, e-marketing, campaigns, and social outreach;
- Analyzing prospect business needs, understanding processes, determining requirements and ascertaining potential solutions;
- Seek and analyze prospect information online to leverage in sales efforts;
- Confirm customer needs and develop initial customer profile;
- Coordinate calls and meetings between qualified leads and Sales team;
- Collaborate and strategize with AEs, Marketing, Partnerships Team and Sales Manager.
Requirements
- You are native/native-level English speaker
- Hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle
- Fearless to pick up the phone and speak with a prospect
- 60+ cold calls & emails per day
- Experience in the eCommerce or SaaS space is a plus
- Team player and self-motivator
- Strong verbal and writing communication skills
- Ready to work in a fast-paced, less corporate, startup environment
- Crush your goals and have fun while doing it!
- This is a face to face position based in Miami
